Moon of Alabama recounts the new Russian offensive, which threatens the collapse of the entirely Ukrainian Army. Blinken makes Nero proud by playing guitar with a band in Kiev as its army faces complete defeat--and received backlash for doing so. The latest report has it that Russia has encircled 45,000 Ukrainian soldiers in what appears to be a catastrophic defeat. Putin's choice for his new Minister of Defense comes across as highly intellectual and profound in his understanding. Great choice! Col.. MacGregor confirms that, while Netanyahu would like to remain in power forever, the situation is unsustainable. The Department of State has issued a report meant to exonerate Israel from genocide as "too complex", but was unsparing of Hamas for crimes of the kinds being massively committed by the IDF. The US student protests are greatly appreciated in Palestine, but are being viciously oppressed by Zionist thugs on campuses across the country. Sad to say, Trump appears to be "all in" on the genocide and the war in Ukraine, where Mike Adams believes an agreement has been reached with Jewish donors to elect Trump and impose a Zionist police state.

Began with three major stories: (1) the UCLA attackers are Zionist goons who were allowed by the LAPD to beat the hell out of the peaceful protesters against the Israeli genocide (which there could be no more appropriate issue to protest); (2) the Slovakian PM, who had opposed funding for Ukraine and refused to endorse the WHO pandemic treaty, was shot several times (but is expected to survive); and (3) Biden has offered to debate Trump twice, the first with CNN on June 27, no doubt because he is losing so badly (where the only question that remains is which "Biden" will make an appearance at these debates). Received a call from Iran for an interview with Iranian students about the student protests here in the USA. Then Bill and I kicked around a wide range of issues related to these and to the abuse of the courts and the law.

Scientists trying to reinfect people with the COVID-19 virus so they could test vaccines and treatments found high levels of immunity made it nearly impossible, according to results from the COVID-19 “Human Challenge” trials in the U.K.

The results, published May 1 in The Lancet Microbe, “raise questions about the usefulness of COVID-19 challenge trials for testing vaccines, drugs and other therapeutics,” Nature reported.

“If you can’t get people infected, then you can’t test those things,” Tom Peacock, Ph.D., a virologist at Imperial College London, told Nature.

Brian Hooker, Ph.D., chief scientific officer for Children’s Health Defense told The Defender, “The results show the power of natural immunity as compared to the many breakthrough infections in ‘naive’ vaccinated individuals.”

“Any assertion that vaccination-based immunity is more powerful than natural immunity is complete lunacy — the acquired immune system is a beautiful thing and vaccination is a cheaper and much less effective substitute,” he said.

Challenge trials require deliberately infecting healthy people with a virus, typically so scientists can understand infections and test the effectiveness of existing vaccines and treatments, and develop new ones.

Michael and I go way back, where some of my best interviews of the past have been with him. In this case, he wanted me on to provide an assessment of where I stand in relation to Donald Trump, where he was taken aback by Trump's call into Hannity, where he assailed pro-Palestine/anti-genocide protesters and endorsed genocide, only complaining that they weren't doing it "fast enough"! What that means is that Trump has made this slaughter of Palestinians "Trump's Genocide" and, by joining with Mike Johnson in moving forward with funding for Israel and Ukraine WITHOUT funding for border security, has has also made the Russia-Ukraine conflict "Trump's war" and the border situation "Trump's fiasco". That single call has shattered my confidence in the man. As Jimmy Dore observes, he's Israel First and only occasionally America First. It has been a bitter pill to swallow, but I no longer regard him as morally fit to be President of the United States. Since the fake "Biden" long since passed that threshold, I am now going to review RFK Jr. on similar criteria. I continue to believe, however, that Trump will be our next President (as long as elections are allowed to transpire, which remains in doubt).

Then Michael Ivey joined for a discussion about belief in God, alternative conceptions thereof, and how we can or cannot know of God's existence. It was a delightful excursion into the domain of philosophy & theology not frequently addressed on this show, but very worthy of discussion.
