Utilized the $1,250 Summit Audio 2BA-221 microphone/instrument preamp and subsequently turned the bass down for this one.
This was supposed to be posted around Christmas, just about a month ago, but you all know how my horrendous, unintentional delays go. This episode is mixed rather differently, and was recorded quite disparately as well, due to me not normally doing a whisper-like accent, recording at a lower volume (which yielded less bassy proximity effect), and the mask being the most vocally confining of the three. Hence, I let the software instrument creepy synths retain the vast majority of the bass and decided to emphasize the mids and treble more for the vocals, with a dash of very low end.
I plan on doing half of my remaining stories/unreleased recordings bassy (or at least mastering them that way), and half of them with little bass, so that they won't risk sounding muffled at all with a powerful sub woofer. Granted, the more robust bass does make them sound fuller and smoother. I was very happy with the way the prior creepypasta, "A Frozen Corpse On New Year's Day" turned out though, and those vocals were not really that bassy at all.
It's difficult to predict as literally every recording is unique and difficult to replicate exactly.
Utilized GarageBand, iPhone 12, 2019 MacBook Pro, free and paid Waves plugins for compression/limiting/EQ, USA-Latvian made vintage 2002 Blue Bluebird, UA Volt 2 cheaper USB-C interface, and the aforementioned excellent Summit Audio preamp module as stated above. Due to horrific internet problems, which hopefully will be remediated within a few weeks or months tops, I'll have to revert to not posting but. This was slated to come out over a month ago, when it was recorded, but again, the internet connectivity issues were beyond my control.
A dark, introspective, impromptu work of fiction of course, contrived on the spot with no pre-written material; edited later in iMovie (basic but works). Audio recorded with my Summit 2BA-221 $1,250 mic/instrument preamp/module, my cheap UA Volt 2 USB-C interface, my Blue Bluebird Vintage 2002 USA-Latvian-made model condenser mic, and my 2019 MacBook Pro running GarageBand. This is definitely superior audio, even doing the terribly raspy, purposefully dry and hollow, ancient, elderly man voice with the rubber mask distorting the sound.

A freestyle creepypasta poem for the horror fans out there. Contrived by me, RevilerRed, on the spot. Yet another Bitchute exclusive, as all my videos here are inherently. What better way to celebrate the Halloween spirit?
Recorded with my Latvian/USA-Parts vintage Blue Bluebird Condenser Mic, Universal Audio Volt 2 USB-C Interface, and iPhone 12. Mixed & mastered utilizing free and paid Waves plugins in GarageBand and video edited in iMovie. Basic but effective nonetheless and I had far more bass headroom on this one than the prior one with the massive amounts of it, which turned out more sibilant on the vocals, as all the bass was eaten up by the software instruments. This is a smoother vocal sound.

I conceived this story on the spot, despite the capacious amount of cuts. I literally made it up as I went along, recorded, mixed, mastered it and composed the little creepy music for it. The key is C# Enigmatic Scale, for any music nuts out there. Very eerie and dissonant.
This exceedingly disturbing tale was inspired by the eponymous, old creepypasta "Ole Broken Bones Pete" By: Blacknumber1 and the Cannibal Corpse song of the same moniker.
