If You Make A Sudoku Mistake, How Can You Fix It?

*** TODAY'S PUZZLE ***
A work of art this evening from Miky. This is one of the most beautiful grids we've seen with an astonishing pinwheel construction that yields some incredible logic. Now a confession: Simon makes a small pencil-marking error at one point (a card pops up at that moment) but he does realise it later on and fix it.

Some of you want to know how you unpick an error - well this video is a good example. It is critical to a) find the error and b) trace through any logical steps after that error to understand what you can and can't rely on from any logic you deduced following the error. Let us know how you think Simon did.

Normal sudoku rules apply. Golden lines form sets of non-repeating digits where no digits can be consecutive. Cells with grey circles contain odd digits; cells with grey squares contain even digits.
