90 seconds to complete 6 double-arm standing or seated hammer curls
90 seconds to complete 6 single-leg deadlifts
90 seconds to complete 6 single-leg deadlifts on the other side
1 minute to complete a minimum of 10 CrossFit burpees
2 minutes of active recovery

7.5 minutes per round
Complete 4 rounds

Active recovery work
Uneven rounds
20 seconds of kneeling forearm stretch
20 seconds of pigeon
20 seconds of pigeon (other side)
2 rounds = 2 minutes

Even rounds
15 seconds of Cossack stretch
15 seconds of hip flexor stretch
15 seconds of Cossack stretch (other side)
15 seconds of hip flexor stretch (other side)
2 rounds = 2 minutes

A common mistake with the kettlebell is not fully extending the hips at the top of the swing. This takes away the work from the gluteals and fully activating the posterior chain and can also lead to lower back pain.

This is a common mistake made with kettlebell swings and cleans performed for power, i.e. fast and powerful swings. The grip is incorrect and stops the athlete from being able to generate full power.

The workout is with double kettlebell but can be completed with single, just like most of our double kettlebell workouts.

From dead to strict press into overhead alt. reverse lunge
4 minutes AMRAP
2 minutes rest

Task 2
From dead to half snatch into racked squat
4 minutes AMRAP
2 minutes rest
