Today i'm Reviewing some key points from a book called "Juice Fasting" By Paavo Airola. hopefully my commentary on this book will be helpful to ya'll.
A very good and informative book, but of course several things which i think need correcting, as it may be a book purchased by many people interested in juice cleansing.
