The defense needs on hell of a hail mary at this point, if they are even going to try to convince one juror or reasonable doubt. Obviously, we are getting way aheads of ourselves here but the county coroner came out with an autopsy that cited drugs and a heart condition in addition to the asphyxiation whereas the 'independent' medical report obtained by the family only cited the 'asphyxiation.' Did the family make a mistake in hiring who they did, did those 'experts' try to paint the picture to much in favor of their client, potentially damaging the prosecutions case, only time will tell.

If I were on the jury and heard these 'somewhat' conflicting accounts, I don't know that it would move the needle that much for me because we still have the video and who in the US hasn't seen it, who doesn't have a strong opinion about one way or another!
