This video dives deep into the moments where honorable police officers take a stand against misconduct within their ranks, showcasing the crucial role of integrity and accountability in policing.

On March 1, 2023, officers responded to a case of domestic battery. Upon arriving at the scene, they observed a couple engaged in an argument. They immediately separated the two and commenced their investigation.

The man showed the officers a video in which the woman was acting aggressively and attempting to damage his property. She then aggressively shoves the man's phone out of his hand. Because the woman had threatened to kill the man, and it was recorded by him, he had very strong evidence of her aggressive nature. The man admitted that her actions had made him fear for his life, and the officers were soon going to take action based on his statement. The woman started behaving erratically while giving her statement to the officers. In cases of domestic violence, perpetrators are often aggressive even when talking to the police, and the woman exhibited the same behavior here. The officers decided to get one last statement from the victim before putting the woman in cuffs. The woman ate some grass and started acting in a very weird manner with the officers. The man told the officers that his mother-in-law wasn't allowing him to see the kids and that she wanted to take the matter to court, which displeased the officers. One of the officers called his mother-in-law, and during the call, she repeatedly mentioned a court order and her custody of the children. The man's in-laws appeared to be convinced that he had planned and plotted to make his wife lose her mind. The in-laws informed the cops that they believed the man had a black box chained in the woods, which he opens late at night.

They showed the officer a video allegedly depicting the man hurting his wife. Later, in jail, the woman began acting erratically while the officer was reading the court's order to her. The female was charged with domestic violence and resisting arrest.

CONCORD TOWNSHIP, MIAMI COUNTY, OH - On September 11th, 2022 at 2:55AM, Miami County Sheriff's Deputies observed a red 2007 Nissan Altima traveling at a high rate of speed in the northbound side of I-75. After the deputies caught up to the vehicle, they set their cruise on 88 mph whereupon they observed the vehicle widen the gap between them. The deputy eventually activated his emergency lights and pulled the vehicle over near mile marker 76.

The suspect claimed that she had just left a night club to pick up a friend, but that her friend had left with another party. The deputies observed three opened Monaco Cocktails in the passenger side floorboards of the vehicle. The suspect claimed that the drinks were not hers and consented to the deputies searching her vehicle. The suspect was then questioned outside her car and admitted to having drank earlier in the evening. After the suspect was identified, she then consented to participating in a field sobriety test. For the horizontal gaze nystagmus test, the suspect lacked smooth pursuit in both eyes and displayed distinct and sustained nystagmus at maximum deviation in both eyes. While being instructed on how to perform the walk-and-turn test, the suspect started early twice, did not count aloud for every step on the second set of steps, and performed an improper turn. The suspect also failed to raise her foot six inches and counted the number two after saying, "12," on the one leg stand. Following the arrest, the suspect was taken to the Sheriff's Office for further processing and received citations for speeding and operating a vehicle after under age consumption of alcohol, otherwise known as OVUAC.

veling westbound on Garland Road near Peavy Road.
The car had a paper tag that did not belong to the vehicle. The preliminary investigation determined officers followed the vehicle to the 1800 block of El Capitan. The covert officers then requested uniform officers to respond to the scene. When the uniform officers arrived, they saw the suspect, 55-year-old Michael Shirley outside of the stolen vehicle. Officers gave verbal commands for Shirley to stop and show his hands.
Shirley pulled out a handgun and shot at the officers. Officers returned fire at the suspect. Shirley got into the stolen vehicle and sped away Northbound on El Capitan into a nearby apartment complex and came out eastbound on Barnes Ridge, after cutting through the apartment complex. The suspect then hit a curb in the 2000 block of Barnes Bridge, flipping the car. Covert officers saw the suspect crash and approach the vehicle.
The officers were wearing their heavy vest with police markings and deployed their patrol rifles when the suspect again fired at officers. Officers took cover behind a vehicle and returned fire again, hitting the suspect. The suspect was taken into custody and officers attempted first aid, but Shirley died at the scene. Shirley's gun was recovered at the scene. Officers also found a woman handcuffed in the backseat, she was not injured in the crash and is not considered a suspect. The woman said she got into suspect's vehicle voluntarily and as they drove around the suspect pulled her into the second row of the vehicle and handcuffed her to the seatbelt. Shirley has an extensive criminal history, including spending 8 years in prison for indecency with a child. Shirley had active warrants out for his arrest at the time of the chase and shooting.

a blue Acura traveling eastbound in the right lane. As the vehicle passed my location, the vehicle crossed over the solid white painted line of the roadway. I later observed the vehicle to follow other vehicles too closely as well as have its high beams on and to be delaying the flow of other traffic. A motor vehicle stop was conducted on Route 24 near mile marker 5.5 for the aforementioned violations. Upon approaching the passenger side of the vehicle, contact was made with the driver, Angelina Deo. While speaking with Ms. Deo, I immediately detected the distinct odor of an alcoholic beverage emanating from the interior of the vehicle.

I then asked Ms. Deo for her license and vehicle’s documents. I observed Ms. Deo’s eyes to be watery, bloodshot, and her eyelids to be droopy. Ms. Deo’s hand movements were slow and fumbling for her documents as she spoke to me. I asked Ms. Deo where she is traveling from this evening, to which she explained she is traveling from a friend’s house in Morristown. I then asked Ms. Deo on a scale of one to ten, with one being sober and ten being drunk, what she would describe herself, to which she replied, “I would rate myself a 3 right now.” I then requested Ms. Deo to recite the alphabet from the letter “f” to “p”, to which she recited the alphabet in its entirety, and asked, “is that good enough for you?” I then returned to my patrol vehicle. I then advised Ms. Deo to exit her vehicle, where I began instructing the standardized field sobriety tests. The testing area was flat, dry, and free of debris. The first test was the horizontal gaze nystagmus. The next test was the walk and turn. The final test was the one leg stand. Based on the totality of the circumstances, including my observations, the distinct odor of an alcoholic beverage emanating from Ms. Deo’s breath, her bloodshot and watery eyes, droopy eyelids, slurred speech, slow and fumbling hand movements, and her performance of the standardized field sobriety tests, Ms. Deo was handcuffed and placed under arrest for driving under the influence. Ms. Deo was then placed in the rear seat of my patrol vehicle, which checked negative for any contraband or implements of escape prior to her entrance, and secured with a seatbelt. Ptlm. Liberato and I conducted an immediate wingspan search of the vehicle for any alcoholic beverages or containers, with negative results. Ptlm. Liberato then stood by with the vehicle until the arrival of DeFalco’s Towing for the mandatory vehicle impound. Ms. Deo was then transported to police headquarters with PtIm. Negri following. Upon our arrival at the sally port, Ms. Deo then exited my patrol vehicle, which checked negative for any contraband or implements of escape upon her exit. Ms. Deo was then secured to the cuffing ring of the booking room bench. Ms. Deo stated she did not have

now-former Roseville Police Officer Drew Scott Romo was arrested by officers with the Scottsdale Police Department on suspicion of assault and disorderly conduct. Prior to arresting Romo, officers had contacted him multiple times throughout the night at a variety of locations regarding "his disruptive behavior."

Romo had been removed from Whiskey Row for being overly intoxicated. He also became aggressive and confrontational with security. Romo then crossed the street and attempted to enter El Hefe, but was denied entry for being overly intoxicated. Romo "again became aggressive and confrontational with security," and was screaming at the bar's security personnel before officers arrived and intervened.

The following quotes are excerpted from the police report and supplements: "My intervention withe Drew at El Hefe was brief, as Drew's friend's were holding him back and telling him to leave. I merely encouraged Drew to call it night as he was obviously too intoxicated and disorderly to enter into any establishment. It was then learned when security from Whiskey Row came over to El Hefe and both parties advised Drew was claiming to be a police officer that our interest was now drawn more to him. Myself and assisting officers again tried to encourage Drew to go home to prevent any further disturbances based on his job title."

"Sgt. Weishaar then contacted Drew as I made contact with the reporting party at International. The reporting party, Edgar Suarez. of International stated Drew was also just removed from their bar (third bar in the night) for over intoxication. Edgar stated once Drew was outside of the bar, he was attempting to "fight" everyone that was passing by and everyone in line at their bar. Edgar said he observed Drew take a fighting stance, puff out his chest, and say "you want to have a problem" with a group of patrons a waiting in line. Edgar told me, he then told Drew to leave and notified police."

Officer initiated a traffic stop on a maroon in color Hyundai Sonata. The reason for the stop was that the vehicle was showing no insurance and the registered owner was showing a probation violation warrant out of Arcade PD.

Officer approached the passenger side of the vehicle and began to speak with the driver, telling her the reason for the stop. The officer asked for proof of insurance and her license and she said she did not have either one. The suspect stated her name and that name did return as having a valid license and even had a picture. Both the RO of the vehicle and the name she gave the officer looked very similar in the driver's license photos.

The officer asked the suspect who the car belonged to and she said it was hers but she just got it from her sister. The officer asked if she had anything with her name on it and she provided me with one credit card with the name on it. The officer was going to write a ticket for no insurance and have the vehicle towed but before He wrote the ticket, the officer wanted to triple check if she was who she said she was.

The officer asked her one more time if she gave me the correct name and she said no. She confessed to being the person they were looking for. She was placed into handcuffs (DLBB) and transported to the Clarke County Jail. The car was towed by Shuman's Services. The suspect also received a citation for no insurance.

MAN HIDING UNDER MATTRESS

On April 1st, 2023, officers from Flagler County were notified of a disturbance at a luxury resort in Palm Coast, Florida.

The caller indicated that a woman, who appeared to be intoxicated, was physically assaulting her husband at the bar. This aggression was reportedly fueled by her anger over her husband spending 3 million dollars from their account.
As the woman became increasingly loud and confrontational, security staff attempted to deescalate the situation by escorting her to the lobby.

However, the woman then proceeded to assault both the security personnel and her husband before the arrival of the officers.

A 28-year-old Mormon TikTok influencer was arrested on assault charges stemming from a heated argument with her boyfriend in February. The Law&Crime Network’s Sierra Gillespie breaks down the story surrounding Taylor Frankie Paul’s arrest.

On August 4th, 2023, officers in New Mexico received a report of a shoplifter at Dollar General. Store staff told officers they had noticed a woman wearing a black tank or crop top shoplifting inside the store.

The woman became belligerent with staff when asked to leave before leaving the store with the items on foot. Officers located the woman nearby based on the description and recognized her previous incidents.

The suspect became upset and angry with the officers for stopping her. Despite attempts by officers to discuss what had happened, the suspect became increasingly uncooperative. As an officer began reading her Miranda Rights, the suspect began yelling and screaming, stating she could go back and pay for the items and that the clerk had asked her to leave before she could pay. During the interaction, the suspect, who was visibly upset, refused to comply with officers' instructions and attempted to evade them. In the process, she revealed additional stolen items hidden on her person. The officers placed the suspect under arrest despite her physical resistance, which included kicking one of the officers. The suspect was charged with Battery Upon A Peace Officer, Resisting, Evading, or Obstructing an Officer, and Shoplifting $250 or Less. The store decided not to press additional charges but issued a Criminal Trespass Warning to the suspect, effectively barring her from returning to the premises.

Police Department FLOCK camera system of a wanted vehicle in the Westlake apartment area. The vehicle had fled from several Savannah Police Traffic stops throughout the week. I also recalled getting a BOLO for the vehicle through GSP Troop I communications dispatch. I retrieved the email and confirmed it was, in fact, the same vehicle. The vehicle is described as a black Dodge charger. After entering the apartment complex, I observe the vehicle traveling east on Westlake Ave. I got behind the vehicle and confirmed it was the same vehicle. I activated my emergency equipment as the vehicle turned north on ACL Blvd. The driver ignored my visual, an audible signal to stop, initiating a pursuit. I immediately notify GSP troop I communications that I was in an active pursuit.

The pursuit continued north on ACL Boulevard to Staley Avenue, where the driver disregarded the stop sign and continue north. Once you cross Staley Avenue, the roadway becomes Liberty Parkway. The suspect continued to flee north on Liberty Parkway at speeds over 100 mph in a posted 35 mph zone. While fleeing, the driver failed to maintain his lane by driving over the center lane divider several times. The driver then turned west on Upson Street and continue to flee. Upson Street is a dead end. Once the suspect made it to the end of the road, he began to turn around. I attempted to block his path, but he was able to get around me and continue to flee east on Upson Street. The suspect then turned north on Liberty Parkway disregarding the stop sign at the intersection. Once on Liberty Parkway, the suspect reached speeds of over 100 mph as he approached the traffic signal at Mills B. Lane. The suspectdisregarded the red traffic signal and continued north on Liberty Parkway. After clearing the
intersection, I continued to pursue the vehicle. The suspect continued to flee north on Liberty
Parkway to Ogeechee Road, where the driver disregarded the stop sign, and turned north on
Ogeechee Road.
The pursuit continued north on Ogeechee Road at speeds over 125 mph in a posted 35
mph zone. The suspect then attempted to turn east on Sadler Street. While attempting to
negotiate the turn, the suspect jumped the north curb, ran off the roadway briefly. The suspect
then re-entered the roadway, narrowly missing a parked vehicle, and continued to flee east on
Sadler Street. Once on Sadler Street, the suspect made an almost immediate turn east on W
42nd Street. The suspect was traveling too fast to safely negotiate the turn and ran off the
south side of the roadway. The vehicle traveled off the roadway for several feet, striking a
speed limit sign, then re-entered W 42nd Street and continued to flee. The pursuit continued
east on W 42nd Street to Hopkins Street, where the driver disregarded the stop sign, and
continued to flee east. While fleeing east on W 42nd Street, the suspect almost struck several
parked vehicles. The suspect then turned south on Bulloch Street, then immediately turned
