"By the detritus of the profane, I am brought forth. And by your offering, you have made the profane your interest, mortal. The undead are foul, unnatural things. Some of my rivals take pleasure in these abominations. Not Meridia. I wish these creatures destroyed. Hidden behind a door, deep in Howling Cave, are necromancers. They rob graves for the materials to raise their undead armies. Find these necromancers. Destroy them and their abominations. Do this, and earn the gratitude of Meridia."

Ragefire Chasm consists of a network of volcanic caverns that lie below the orcs' new capital city of Orgrimmar. Recently, rumors have spread that a cult loyal to the demonic Shadow Council has taken up residence within the Chasm's fiery depths. This cult, known as the Burning Blade, threatens the very sovereignty of Durotar. Many believe that the orc Warchief, Thrall, is aware of the Blade's existence and has chosen not to destroy it in the hopes that its members might lead him straight to the Shadow Council. Either way, the dark powers emanating from Ragefire Chasm could undo all that the orcs have fought to attain.

Crafted by the Burning Legion to corrupt the world of Azeroth, the soul-stealing runeblade Frostmourne was shattered by Ashbringer atop Icecrown Citadel. Countless souls were freed from the broken blade, but others were not so fortunate. Today the shards of Frostmourne can be recrafted and infused with even more power. However, the spirits still trapped within must first be subdued and bent to the wielder's will.

Thrallmar is a Horde town found in Hellfire Peninsula, Outland. It was founded and now led by Nazgrel, commander of Thrall's security, as an opportunity to gain resources and to have a decent control over what's going on in this demon-infested area.

Revan's forces have lured massive fleets from the Republic and the Empire into a trap! The only way to warn allies of the infiltrators aboard their ships is to shut down the powerful signal jammer the Revanites are using to block all communications in the Rishi system.

As the largest and richest city in The Empire, its troops are perhaps the best equipped of all the state armies. Altdorf maintains not only its own army, but also the Emperor’s guard. In time of war, the Emperor can call upon the Elector Counts, and also the Burgomeisters of the city-states, to supply troops directly, and thus form the Imperial army.

The Moot also supplies troops to the Imperial army at Altdorf: these constitute the Imperial Halfling corps. However, Halfling regiments are generally assigned to foraging and provisioning rather than actual fighting – though they make excellent baggage train guards, willing to fight to the last to protect the food. The Halfling Hot Pot, invented by master chef Gambo Hartstock and first used against the goblin warlord Grom, is a key part of the corps. Hartstock was unable to reveal the secret of Hot Pot preparation to the Imperial Engineers, since it would have meant betraying the Chef’s code. Thus the weapon remains a uniquely Halfling one.

The uniform colours of Altdorf are red and blue but may be combined in various ways, usually changing when new uniforms are issued and to distinguish indidvidual regiments from each other.

It was taken over by Thulsa and his undead troops and other Thulsa's allies. Zenobia, Goddess of Storms froze the whole region to temporarily stop Thulsa's troops.

Elwynn Forest is a woodland of hardwoods just below the foothills of Blackrock Mountains to the north. It is the heartland of the human kingdom of Stormwind and is the starting place of all human characters.

Elwynn Forest is close enough to Stormwind to enjoy Alliance guardianship. If one sticks to the roads, the forest is a mostly-tranquil region with several safe locations for players. However, kobolds infiltrate some mines, and murlocs have moved inland to reside in some lakes and rivers. The Defias Brotherhood, a group of bandits wearing red masks, has also become a growing menace.

Marshal Dughan is the elected ruler. Northshire Abbey is the recruiting center of sorts for the Stormwind army. Goldshire and its inn is a hub of activity.

Elwynn Forest contains farmland, rivers, and lakes. Stormwind sits in the northwestern hills, its gates open. East of Stormwind, behind a thick wall, lies Northshire Valley and its vineyards.

Bears, wolves, spiders, and boars constitute the bulk of the wildlife. The creatures are hostile everywhere except for Northshire. The roads leading from Stormwind and Northshire converge to the southeast just north of Goldshire. Goldshire is Elwynn's largest settlement besides Stormwind itself. Second to Goldshire is the Eastvale Logging Camp in the east near the border with Redridge Mountains. Eastvale is the center of Elwynn's lumber industry. On the road from Goldshire to Eastvale is the Tower of Azora where mages conduct arcane experiments in seclusion. On the road to Westfall from Goldshire is the imposing Westbrook Garrison, which houses a number of the Stormwind Guard that protects Elwynn's western border. Dotted throughout the forest are farmsteads growing crops such as wheat, pumpkins, melons, and grapes.

Kobolds have infested Jasperlode Mine and Fargodeep Mine. Gnolls have erected camps in Forest's Edge and the northern rim of Stone Cairn Lake. Defias have holdings at Mirror Lake Orchard, Northshire Vineyards, Brackwell Pumpk..

Usiajyen has landed on Alderaan in search of a piece of Tulak Hord’s lost artifact, only to find that the key to the artifact’s hidden location is in the hands of a powerful Jedi from House Organa.

"The fire...

Coveter of the throne... I am Vendrick, ruler of Drangleic.

Seeker of fire... deliverer of crowns...

What do you see in the flames? Find the crowns, and your own answers.

The crowns hold the strength of lords from times long past.

Seek adversity. As befits you, seeker of fire, coveter of the throne.

I'm no king. I am more fit to be a jester. I was unaware of my own blindness.

We are feeble vessels, with feebler souls.

We would cast aside the prop of life, only to face greater hardship.

Are you another such fool? Or something more?

I fail to see your design, young moth.

I fail to see your design, wee moth.

But I see very little these days."

"A long, long time ago the World was in an age of Chaos.

In the midst of this chaos, in a little kingdom in the land of Hyrule, a legend was being handed down from generation to generation, the legend of the 'Triforce'; golden triangles possessing mystical powers. One day, an evil army attacked this peaceful little kingdom and stole the Triforce of Power. This army was led by Ganon, the powerful Prince of Darkness who sought to plunge the World into fear and darkness under his rule. Fearing his wicked rule, Zelda, the princess of this kingdom, split up the Triforce of Wisdom into eight fragments and hid them throughout the realm to save the last remaining Triforce from the clutches of the evil Ganon. At the same time, she commanded her most trustworthy nursemaid, Impa, to secretly escape into the land and go find a man with enough courage to destroy the evil Ganon. Upon hearing this, Ganon grew angry, imprisoned the princess, and sent out a party in search of Impa.

Braving forests and mountains, Impa fled for her life from her pursuers. As she reached the very limit of her energy she found herself surrounded by Ganon's evil henchmen. Cornered! What could she do? ... But wait! All was not lost. A young lad appeared. He skillfully drove off Ganon's henchmen, and saved Impa from a fate worse than death.

"His name was Link. During his travels, he had come across Impa and Ganon's henchmen. Impa told Link the whole story of Princess Zelda and the evil Ganon. Burning with a sense of justice, Link resolved to save Zelda, but Ganon was a powerful opponent. He held the Triforce of Power. And so, in order to fight off Ganon, Link had to bring the scattered eight fragments of the Triforce of Wisdom together to rebuild the mystical triangle. If he couldn't do this, there would be no chance Link could fight his way into Death Mountain where Ganon lived.

Can Link really destroy Ganon and save Princess Zelda?

Only your skill can answer that question. Good luck. Use the Trifo..

Carthus was once a violent land filled with pyromancers. The warriors that existed there were considered to be very powerful and used curved weaponry. The Carthus swordsmen were very pragmatic, and unlike “noble” knights, they attached all glory to victory. There was no “dishonorable” path to victory, after all, the dead kept no honor.

The Borderlands are the launching point for many adventurers into The Mists. With a heavily fortified location that climbs all the way to the peak of a mountain, it can be a difficult place for enemies to assault and an excellent place for would-be heroes to get their first battle scars.
