I have managed to decode some of the files in the TriOps library of interactive fiction. While these are usually presented in Deep Dive Virtual Reality or DDVR for short, these files can only be viewed in a 2D plane. This file apparently is the first in a trilogy called either "Quintet Trilogy", "Gaia Trilogy" or "Heaven and Earth Trilogy". Let's take a look at the read me.
