As a seasoned historical corset maker, I'm now learning how to make bras! In this video, I'll show you how I made a lacy strapless bra! DIY lingerie has always been my favourite thing to sew, and after having spent several years learning the art of corset-making, I am now teaching myself to make bras! Making bras can be easier than you think, and is the best way to achieve a great fit. How did this particular strapless longline bra (ie bustier) work out fitting me? I have been learning more about vintage bras, having actually bought one and examined it, and although this particular strapless bra has a modern shape, I did my best to incorporate the high quality construction techniques of vintage bras into it.
