Allegedly the business owner has not been charged with a crime. The dude in the wheelchair pulled a knife on the business owner and that was when he fired one round. They both dropped charges on each other. If we had more of this we would have less of this. Think about it.

What this comes down to is cops and the legal system not doing their jobs. They are letting the crime get out of hand.
