How to Construct a Proper Makiwara (Machiwara)

Instructions with pictures of everything you will need to construct a 'traditional' style makiwara. One with proper give that will build your punching structure without damaging your knuckles, wrist, or elbow. And step-by-step instructions as I built one for my use.
