After about three years of working on my cabin and using it for long weekends I decided to install an off grid electrical system. I mostly want electrical power for lights and to run the blower on my wood stove. I can heat things up quickly if I have the little blower running. I use a generator now for power needs but I don't like to hear it running all the time. Solar power should be nice and quiet with battery storage and an inverter.
